There will be 2 types of Colonies within Game Over. They will consist of both Dominions and Territories.
Dominions: Dominions are formed when an external entity becomes a Colony via diplomatic means. This means that a clan either contacts or is contacted by us and wishes to become integrated into Game Over.
Territories: Territories are formed once an external entity has capitulated either via a war or border conflict. Territories unlike Dominions don't require a full clan to join, however, they may be individuals from the same clan.
Section 2(A):
Dominions have a higher status than Territories within Game Over as they voluntarily chose to integrate themselves. As a result they will be granted some privileges that Territories are not given.
Dominions are considered fully autonomous regions of Game Over and must maintain the Game Over uniform but may choose their own emblem and emblem colour.
Dominions will have access to Game Over's entire pool of manpower for defensive actions. This includes defending in border conflicts or in wars.
Dominions will also be allowed to participate in Game Over events such as raids, internal raids, minigames and recruitment.
Dominions may request assistance from Game Over in regards to Recruitment and the creation of Recruitment Media.
Dominions are not allowed to partake in foreign politics and are restricted to local politics. This means they may only engage with Game Over or other Dominions politically. However, they may accompany a Game Over delegate to foreign political events should the event be relevant to their Dominion.
Dominions may not take hostile action against a foreign entity without consent from Game Over or the Colonial Administration Authority.
Dominions are entitled to assistance from Game Over in the fields of Forging and Recruitment.
Dominions must partake in a raid with Game Over or another Dominion once a week as to ascertain the growth of that Dominion's defence capabilities.
All events that a Dominion wishes to engage in with foreign entities must first be cleared by the CAA or Usar himself.
Dominions are entitled to 1 delegate from the CAA for every 10 members they possess.
Section 2(B):
Territories have a lesser status than Dominions within Game Over. This is due to their unwillingness to integrate via peaceful means.
Territories are considered semi autonomous regions of Game Over and must wear the Game Over uniform and emblem colours but may alter their emblem itself.
Territories are not entitled to any assistance from Game Over but may request defensive assistance via their delegate.
Territories must engage in internal activities with Game Over or a Dominion twice a week, this includes 4v4s and raids.
Territories may be integrated fully into Game Over or a Dominion should the CAA deem the Territory either ungovernable or a waste of resources.
Territories will be given a single map from Game Over for defensive purposes only, they may request assistance in the creation of additional maps via their delegate.
Territories may not under any circumstances conduct any form of politics outside of internal politics. This means they may only engage in political action with a Dominion, Territory or Game Over itself.
Territories may recruit but are not entitled to any assistance from Game Over.
Territories will have a maximum of 1 delegate.
Section 3:
CAA: The Colonial Administration Authority is the entity responsible for the administration of Colonies under Game Over and also serve as a semi political entity for the Colonies.
The CAA is comprised of 2 internal offices. These are the Office of Colonial Research and Development and the Office of Colonial Affairs.
The OCRD is responsible for the creation of Forge maps, Media and the development of Colonies. This is where Colonies will submit their most talented forgers and media personnel to learn from those within Game Over. The OCRD is also the Office where Colonies may request the creation of maps and media. This Office will track the development of Colonies over time on a bi-weekly basis, allowing Game Over to ascertain the abilities of a Colony.
The OCA is the political wing of the CAA and they are responsible for sending delegates to each Colony. These delegates may then request certain materials which will be decided on by an internal vote within the OCA every month. The OCA also handles the creation and integration of new Colonies along with declarations of independence from the Colonies. The OCA reserves the power to dismantle or integrate Colonies, primarily Territories should they become ungovernable or a drain on resources with no foreseeable benefit to Game Over. The OCA may request forces from Game Over for the following: Assisting in filling up Colonial internal events, mandatory Colonial/Game Over events and the halting of Insurgencies.
